About the property
This beautiful villa with pool is located in the small, enchanting town of Medulin, only 500 meters from the sea. The villa has large living area with kitchen, dining room, 1 master bedroom with own living room and bathroom, 4 double bedrooms ( one of them is a gallery above the living room) as well as 2 bathrooms.
Each bedroom has its own air conditioner!
A total of up to 10 people will find space in this beautiful villa. There are also 2 terraces on the ground floor and 2 balconies on the upper floor, which are equipped with table and chairs.
Outside there is a beautiful, private pool, which is only for you and in which you can refresh yourself at any time. Sun loungers, baldachins, parasols, an outdoor shower and a barbecue complete the outdoor area and ensure cozy, shared hours.
Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and the living room with LCD TV and air conditioning.
Wi-Fi is free. The fenced garden and private parking on the property provide enough privacy to make your holiday as quiet as possible outside the city.
In the garden (1900 m2) there is a covered terrace with dining table (for 12 persons) and a barbecue area where you can enjoy preparing delicious meals and spice them with aromatic herbs from the garden that surrounds it.
For the safety of our guests and the safety of our villa, the facility is equipped with external security cameras and a noise detector.

Villa Mirna
We had a wonderful stay in the house in Medulin. We were 5 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed the private pool, outdoor areas with shadow or sun and barbequing in the garden. The house was spacious and clean with all facilities. Quiet area, and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and the centre. Nice paths along the sea for running in the morning. We enjoyed excursions to Kamenjak for bathing and snorkelling, and to Rovinj. The owners answered quickly questions we had, and we would highly recommend renting this house.

Wirklich sehr schönes Haus, geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Highlight war der Pool und die Lage. Für 10 Leute genug Platz und genug Geschirr vorhanden. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Das i-Tüpfelchen wäre ein Ganzkörperspiegel und Late checkout gewesen. Aber alles in allem ein super schöner Urlaub. Mirna war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Fantastic villa with a fantastic garden and pool area. Really great for a larger group to enjoy a prolonged weekend in Istria. The hosts are great, and very welcoming, accommodating, and extremely friendly. So warm and lovely.
The villa comes with all the amenities, the rooms are nice, all with their own exits to the pool, and the location is perfect to explore the surrounding areas.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und der Check in haben super funktioniert. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht.
Besonders der Pool Bereich und der Esstisch draußen sind super schön!
Das Zentrum und der Strand sind leicht zu erreichen und es ist gut für mehrere Autos Platz.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Mirna. Sauber, großzügig gebaut, toll eingerichtet, man findet alles was man braucht und ein toller Garten mit Pool. Wir waren drei Familien mit Kinder und jeder hat seine Ecke im Haus gefunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Kontakt zu unseren Gastgebern war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist klasse.. ruhig und trotzdem zentral und nicht weit zum Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-) Danke für alles!!

Die Villa ist für einen Urlaub in einer großen Gruppe super geeignet. Die Ausstattung passt und vor allem der Garten mit Pool überzeugt vollends. Mirna und Elvis sind nette Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit den beiden war hervorragend. Medulin ist ein guter Urlaubsort mit vielen Möglichkeiten Ausflüge zu machen, Essen zu gehen und auch das Nachtleben passt. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und können die Villa sehr empfehlen.

The house was amazing. There was so much room and having the pool and outdoor beds was a wonderful way to relax and unwind everyday. The location was perfect too, close to the beach and downtown but just far enough away from the bustle of all it to have an escape. Air conditioner was a very nice amenity! The kitchen was great and fully supplied with whatever you might need to stay in and prepare a meal. Mirna's was very quick to reply and offer advice on things to do. Check in and out was easy. The whole place for a group was definitely worth it and we all would love to go back again!

We planned to stay for 7 days, but we liked it so much, so we added three more days. The house offers everything you need for a great vacation. Everything is completely new inside and outside the house. The pool is a dream! When it's getting dark outside you can relax in the pool and have some drinks - very cool! The owner is very nice and friendly. You can ask them for advise concerning bars, restaurants and nice beaches. The location is perfect, the city and beaches are very near, but nevertheless it's located in a quiet neighborhood. One of the most beautiful beaches (Bijeca) is just about 5 minutes away. Thank you for everything, we will visit you again! :-)

Das Haus verfügt über ausreichend Klimaanlagen um einen entspannten Urlaub zu haben. Die Küche ist sehr groß und auch in einer angenehmen Arbeitshöhe. Es gibt 3 Duschen bzw. WC\'s. 2 Griller. Das Herzstück ist allerdings der Garten mit dem wunderschönen Pool und den Liegen, die ihresgleichen suchen. Top!!!

Very clean, newly remodeled and nice, lots of space. The owners (Elvis and Mirna) are great to work with. Walking distance to the nearest beach. Wonderful place to stay as adults or as a family with kids!

After finishing our exams we decided to take a mellow, wholesome trip to Croatia to reflect on what we'd learned during our time in higher education and we could not have asked for a better house in which to do so. Nor could we have asked for nicer hosts than Elvis and Mirna. Elvis did more for me that week than my own mother has done for me in the last five years. As a group of 12 sans automobile, Elvis offered to drop us off in Pula multiple times and, on the occasions where we missed the last bus home, came to our aid in his trusty van and delivered us safely home. One evening, he and Mirna had the kindness to drive us for an hour to a festival that actually turned out to be more of an 80s roller disco in an underground beach club but that's not for now. Elvis gave us riveting Yugoslav history lessons over breakfast and talked with grace and passion about the car he is currently building. Elvis cultivated our utmost respect and adoration and anyone who gets to stay in his beautiful villa is a very lucky individual. The town is pretty nice too.
