You can swimm all day in pool or lay dawn on sun lounger. For all there is a big screen TV-LCD and a free Wi-Fi!

This beautiful villa with pool is located in the small, enchanting town of Medulin, only 500 meters from the beach.

The villa has 2 entrances, large living area with kitchen, dining room, living room, 5 double bedrooms ( one of them is a gallery above the living room) as well as 3 bathrooms.
Each bedroom has its own air conditioner!

A total of up to 10 (+2) people will find space in this beautiful villa. There are also 2 terraces on the ground floor and 2 balconies on the upper floor, which are equipped with table and chairs.

Outside there is a beautiful, private pool, which is only for you and in which you can refresh yourself at any time. Sun loungers, baldachins, parasols, an outdoor shower and a barbecue complete the outdoor area and ensure cozy, shared hours.

Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and the living room with LCD TV and air conditioning.

Wi-Fi is free. The fenced garden and private parking on the property provide enough privacy to make your holiday as quiet as possible outside the city.

In the garden (1900 m2) there is a covered terrace with dining tablle (for 12 persons) and a barbecue area where you can enjoy preparing delicious meals and spice them with aromatic herbs from the garden that surrounds it.

This place is ideal for families with children and couples who are looking for relaxation in peace and unspoiled nature, but still want to be within easy reach to the city center. It is a perfect place to have a break from your busy life.
